Theodor Jung collection of medieval calligraphy examples, 1310-1500.

Consists of 7 leaves of medieval calligraphy, 5 of which have pencil written dates & places : ca. 1310 England, ca. 1400 Italy, ca. 1400 France (2), ca. 1480 Italy. 2 larger leaves are undated: one contains music, the other has floral border and illuminated initials. All the texts are religious, some from service books. Also included is an example of German handwriting, Beicht-Gebetter vor der Beicht.
